Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT (Non-Refundable) goes toward service booked. Be Deposit Ready‼️ * There will be a $25 $50 or $75 or 150 due at the time of booking. Your deposit is based on the service you booked. (Check service booked on website for deposit amount.) Cash App $DesireBraids Apple pay 316-553-9231 *Please bring remaining balance CASH* LATE FEE (Please Communicate) * You Will Have A 15 Minute Grace Period, After 15 Minutes Your Appointment Will Be Canceled And You May Be Asked To Reschedule or Pay $20 Late Fee *If You Need To Reschedule Please Let Me Know 48 Hours Ahead Of Time. *You will get one reschedule before another non refundable deposit is due. NO CALL/ NO SHOW * You Will be Blocked from making any future appointments with Desire Braids. There is a no show fee. (depends on the amount of the appointment) Please Wash & Blow Dry Hair Straight‼️ After Washing Do not add any oils or products (heat protectant is fine before blow dry) ‼️ Black or Brown Hair is Provided ‼️ Any Appointments Booked at 4pm or later is additional $50 Sunday and Monday appointments are additional $50 If you would like a different color hair. I prefer to use Ruwa, Outre or Model Model brand braiding hair.
